**Responsibilities**:

- Handle general affairs & HR duties at the Malaysia Office
- Manage staff attendance & leave records
- Assist in recruitment and liaise with various recruitment agencies
- Handle both local and Japanese employee taxes and deductions
- Liaise with statutory authorities such as EPF, LHDN, PERKESO
- Manage monthly payroll and payroll administration

**Qualifications**:

- 2 years of experience in HR related function
- Able to work at Bukit Jalil Office
- Fluent in English

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
