**Job Title **Project Cost Controller
**Reports to **Senior Manager, Project Controlling
**Department **Finance
- **Qualification**_
- Minimum a professional Qualification/Degree in Finance or Business Administration or equivalent
- **Experience**_
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience
- **Abilities and knowledge**_
- Ability to communicate financial material effectively to non-financial managers.

**Job Descriptions**
- Manage finance and project controlling function of the project
- Monitor and control cash flow for the overall project
**Job Purpose/Objective**
- Reporting and consolidation of financial figures in accordance to internal procedures and contract requirements
**Cost Management**
In cooperation with Planning ensure that WBS are correctly built and allocate budgets in the WBS (SAP);
Generate sales orders in SAP for proceed with invoicing;
Monitor and control cost, financial progress, forecasting, estimate to complete, cash flow according to procedures and contract requirements;
Challenging all deviations to root cause responsible requesting mitigations to recover;
Monitor performance indicators and advise Project &
Business Manager of potential impacts;
Prepare client invoice, while monitor and control invoice payment;
Identify and communicate properly joint ventures impacts in the project’s revenue;
Ensure proper closing activities throughout all phases of the project such as: purchase orders / sub-contracts, activities, networks, WBS, accounts and the overall project.
Ensure proper hedging of contract and procurement activities.
Monitor vendor invoices processing and payment.
**Change Management**
**Key Accountabilities /Responsibilities ** Ensure that all project changes are reflected in the cost estimates;
Assist and support project’s change management process
(e.g. VORs and VOs) through generation of costing information.
**Time Management**
Ensure the information for schedule activity weighting is provided in time at the required quality;
Ensure alignment of MPP & Finances.
**Communication Management**
Provide status information and prepare input to internal and client monthly reports.
**People and Team Management**
Ensure that the project SAREPTA MPP is used for the financial reporting.
**Execution**
Ensure compliance to PEM;
Fulfil and follow up activities with Master Data.
**Interaction External Internal**
- External Clients of projects, **Supply other region project Chain/Engineering/Project controllers/ other lead Managers**
**Type of Interaction **controllers
- Payments/reporting/inter
- **Project monitoring/Materials company invoices correlated movements in terms of costs to Projects and quantities/engineering**
