Overview:
STATEMENT:
The Digital Content Manager is responsible for coordinating, reviewing, editing (where necessary), approval and publication of quality content on Herbalife Nutrition’s digital properties (with key focus on Herbalife One - our new company-wide digital platform).

A core element regarding responsibility will be to standardize content management processes and methodologies across the organization (incl. global, regional and market touchpoints) by means of governance, training, continuous improvement and addressing of specific pain points.

The incumbent will work closely with our regional Marketing team to align on best practice content strategies and reinforce continuous improvement by means of tracking and measuring of content-related KPIs and OKRs (supported by relevant digital / analytics tool-sets).

We are looking for a hard-working individual who can meet tight deadlines, adapt quickly, handle multiple initiatives simultaneously, collaborate across teams and communicate effectively. The incumbent will need to drive value by means of prevalence of quality content, standardization and consistency within our digital ecosystem.

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

- Work closely with the regional Marketing team to ensure a robust process to manage content request intake, reviewing, publishing and tagging
- Liaise and co-ordinate with markets to ensure that our content management process is standardized, consistent and operationally efficient (incl. usage of content management tools)
- Serve as regional custodian to orchestrate A/B testing in the context of digital content, outcome being to ensure that global
- as well as local content is relevant and of high quality
- Continuously improve the content management process by means of process optimization, optimized usage of technologies, training, A/B testing and identification
- and resolution of pain points
- Gather and analyse data specific to content and leverage to ensure quality, traction and business value
- Serve as key Digital Office contact partner for market-level team(s) in respect to campaigns, promotional activities and initiatives relevant to Herbalife One, and work together with the teams to operationalise
- Actively work with relevant internal delivery teams to ensure the successful launch of Herbalife One on our markets, and warrant a robust post-launch content management process as part of the Scaled Agile Release Train methodology
- Functional execution re. SEM/SEO and PIM topics
- Support as key partner to the program delivery
- and workstream teams re. pre-launch as well as post-launch activities

Qualifications:
Qualifications:
**Skills**:Required
- Working knowledge of Adobe content management solutions (e.g. WorkFront)
- Familiar with digital content creation processes, best practices and governance (incl. review, update, tagging, publishing)
- Working experience with regards to leveraging data and analytics to continuously improve quality, processes and methodologies
- Familiar with the Scaled Agile Framework
- Highly analytical with strong critical thinking skills
- Exposure to SEO, SEM and PIM (incl. relevant toolsets)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Project management exposure us a plus
- 5+ years working experience in relevant field of expertise
