**Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Support and assist sales & marketing team in daily sales activities including formatting and preparation of sales orders, quotations, invoices and other sales related documents and forms;
- Responsible for sourcing, planning, managing and monitoring inventory levels;
- Liaise with local and overseas suppliers on all matters related to purchasing and shipping;
- Coordinate with local forwarders on shipping and logistic documents handling and arrangement;
- Support and work closely with the admin, HR and sales & marketing team as required;
- To maintains files of appropriate reports, records or other information relevant to the operation of the company.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**
- Able to read and write in both English and Chinese (Required to deal with clients and supplier from China);
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint, and IT-savvy;
- Exceptional organisational skills and ability to organise own workload;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Strong sense of responsibility and team player;
- Positive attitude to learning with an eye for detail;
- Self-motivated, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
