**Key missions outline**:
- To work with the Regional Executive Chef for all Italian MMP, to have in all our APAC resorts, a high standard daily.
- Italian MMP food costing with technical file must be done with the Regional Executive Chef.
- To be a support for the team of ESAP resorts for the reopening of villages / when needed when we have missing staffs.
- To undertake project work & training to develop skills in food production, management to enhance our customer service.
- To take responsibility for the adherence & compliance of all health, safety, and food hygiene legislation.
- He / She plays a key role in the talents development and supports strongly new Club Med projects.
**Required experience**:
- 1 year of Certificate III in commercial cookery.
- License of a AVPN - Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana
- English Speaking / Writing.
