Our Client is No.1 Fleet Management System brand in Taiwan that includes great service process, software solutions, hardware, and cloud server, and they bring all these experiences here to help fleets in Malaysia become more efficient and productive.

Our Client was established in 2004 in Taiwan and specializes in Fleet Management System. The business motto of our client is “Fast service and lifetime warranty,” which is their promise to give their customers the fastest repair service within 48 hours.

Position: Sales Executive
Location: Penang Island (WFH until a physical office is set-up)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Makes product knowledge readily available to self and other sales people through various resources.
- Finds ways to sell products.
- Research client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly.
- Creates a plan for gaining customers and then retaining them.
- Analyse and creates a plan for engaging the target market.
- Analyse the competition to create a plan for engagement.
- Makes product appeal to the target market.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum SPM qualification.
- Have passion to learn and great sense of responsibility.
- Excellent communicator, able to build trust and grow trust with team members.
- Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
- Able to speak English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.

**REMUNERATION PACKAGES**:
Basic: RM2,000 - RM6,000 (Total Package: up to RM 4,200) (Average Basic plus Commission RM3500 to RM8000)
EPF, SOCSO, EIS

**Work Mode: WFH until a physical office is set-up.**
Benefit:
Transport Allowance is RM100 per month
Commission: Appx RM25 per unit.

Car Allowance is RM500 to RM700
Petrol Allowance is RM 500 (Petrol Card)
Car maintenance RM1,500 per year
Medical Coverage: Medical claim 600 Per year
Annual Leave, Bonus & Etc
Working Days: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
