**Requirements and Qualifications**
- Diploma in accountancy, Business Admin or equivalent.
- Good communication skills both in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Assist visitors or sub-contractors entering the premises.
- Assist in issuance of access card, car park access to tenants and staff, if required.
- Answer phone calls and directed to the recipients.
- Handle incoming mails and parcels and sorting them out to respective department.
- Handle visitors and keep record of visitor's details information in database provided.
- Assist facility manager in accounting functions, i.e.: issuance of invoices, follow up on payment, key in data to system, etc. and liaise with accounting firm to submit standard documentation on monthly basis.
- Follow up on monthly facilities services by sub-contractors and ensuring they are discharging duties as per scheduled.
- Arrange for monthly JMB meeting and prepare minutes of meeting.
- Handling clerical function not limited to filing, photocopying, etc.
- Assist facility manager in preparing correspondences, etc.
- Manage monthly utility bills payment and ensuring payment of bills are done before the due date.
- Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.

**Job Types**: Contract, Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
