- Undertake basic bookkeeping tasks and issue invoice, checks etc
- To assist in daily office administrative task which includes documentation, filling, correspondence and following up on pending matters
- Maintaining files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
- Answer and transfer telephone calls or take messages
- To perform general clerical tasks & duties
- Responsible for any assigned general job
- To carry any other duties, responsibilities and assignment wherever required

**Requirements**:

- Fresh Grads are encouraged to apply
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, computer skill
- Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese (added advantage)
- Able to work independently
- Willing to work in Seri Kembangan, Selangor
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
