**Position**: Admin Assistant

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
You shall be responsible to the following:
1. Reporting to management and performing administrative duties.
2. Opening the Centre in the morning and preparing the reception area to receive visitors.
3. Ensuring that the front entrance of the Centre is clean and tidy.
4. Switching on all lights and checking cleanliness of the interior, making a record of any poor levels of cleanliness or any maintenance issues and reporting as such to the management.
5. Welcoming and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
6. Handling basic inquiries from walk-in customers.
7. Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events.
8. Requesting Guarantee Letters (GL), submitting daily claims and compiling monthly claims.
9. Monitoring office supplies and reporting to management if and when to order replacements.
10. Always practise soft skills appropriately when dealing with patient. Any problem or complaint should be reported to supervisor immediately for further damage control.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
