We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Valuation Executive to join our dynamic team at Laurelcap (Selayang) Sdn. Bhd.. As a Valuation Executive, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive financial analysis and generating accurate valuations for a diverse range of assets and companies. Your expertise will play a vital role in supporting strategic decisions, financial reporting, and client interactions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform in-depth financial analysis using various valuation methodologies, including market comparables, and precedent transactions.
- Build and maintain complex financial models that incorporate multiple scenarios and assumptions to assess potential impacts on valuation outcomes.
- Gather, validate, and organize financial data, market trends, and industry benchmarks to support the valuation process.
- Prepare detailed valuation reports that effectively communicate analysis, assumptions, and rationale, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their valuation needs, address inquiries, and present findings in a clear and accessible manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes that could impact valuation methodologies and assumptions.
- Mentor and review the work of junior analysts, providing guidance and feedback to maintain accuracy and consistency in valuation deliverables.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, finance, and investment teams to provide valuation insights for various purposes, such as mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, and tax planning.
- Identify potential risks and uncertainties associated with valuation assumptions and methodologies, providing insights into their potential impact.
- Participate in business development efforts by contributing to client pitches, proposal writing, and identifying new opportunities for valuation services.
- Maintain the highest standards of ethics and integrity in all valuation activities, managing conflicts of interest and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Continuously enhance the valuation process, identify areas for automation and optimization, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Generate regular status reports and updates on ongoing valuation projects for senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and improvement recommendations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in real estate or related field.
- years of experience in valuation, financial analysis, or related fields.
- Fresh Graduate is encourage to apply.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and industry trends.
- Excellent communication skills to present technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools, including Excel, Word and databases.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality in deliverables.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards.
