**About the Role**

Join us as an Inventory Executive, where you’ll manage inventory operations efficiently. This is a crucial role in ensuring that the company maintains optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing costs and risks associated with inventory management. If you possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders, we’d love to have you on board

**Key Responsibility Areas**:

- Perform adjustment in M3 system.
- Goods receiving confirmation.
- Stock transfer between countries.
- Check the status of shipment from warehouse to stores.
- Financial Year End Closing matters/liaise with auditor.
- Assist in corporate sales.
- Store/ DC stock take reconciliation.
- To assist in providing solution for any issue occurs from warehouse team or store team.

**Key Requirements**:

- Education: Minimum a Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
- Professional Experience: Minimum 1 year of working experience as Inventory staff in retail industry.
- Personal attributes:

- Good interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant Personality.
- Excellent communicator.
- Proficient in computer skills.
- Languages: Fluent English and both in written and spoken. Knowledge of other language is added advantage.
