- Assistant Managers **work closely** with the Manager, providing **support** and **helping** to **implement decisions** and **strategies.**:

- Assistant Managers often take on **leadership** responsibilities and may act as a **second-in-command **when the General Manager is absent. They may delegate tasks to supervisors and other staff members.
- Assistant Managers may be responsible for **overseeing operational details**, handling **administrative tasks**, and **supervising staff** on a more **direct **level.
- They play a crucial role in c**oordinating** and **ensuring** the smooth functioning of the department or team.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
