**Job Purpose**:

- Implement and monitor project activities which include tracking and analysis of the project cost performance, recommendations of appropriate actions to address the performance gaps and preparation of management reports so as to ensure an effective cost control management and maximizing value creation from Upstream projects.

**Qualification**:

- Minimum Degree in Engineering or equivalent (e.g. Quantity Surveying or Science)
- Minimum 7 years of working experience in the Oil and Gas related industry with specific function in Project Cost Control, Cost estimation, or Project Control
- Knowledgeable in Total Cost Management Concepts & Terminologies
- Skill in Project control software such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, SAP PS, Primavera P6, Project control system (ex: EcoSys, P6 Unifi, SAP PMS or equivalent)

**Responsibilities**:
Execute cost control activities for project or department including but not limited to:

- Cost Planning
- Cost Budgeting
- Cost Control & Forecasting
- Cost Control Reporting, Documentation & Cost Close Out

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
