- As a Data Analyst, you are responsible for managing the master data set within the group of companies, developing reports, and troubleshooting data issues.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with Managers/ Team Leaders to understand & maintain focus on their analytic needs - critical metrics, KPIs, performance metrics, etc.
- Developing and maintaining databases, and data systems - reorganizing data in a readable format
- Responsible for developing business intelligence, management reports and visualisations on business performance
- Collect data, build and maintain data pipelines, conduct data exploration and visualization, develop and maintain the dashboard to interpret and monitor the analysis results
- Analyzing local, national, and global trends that impact both the organization and the industry
- Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
- Transfer data into valuable business insights and provide actionable recommendations
- Preparing final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends.
- Providing technical expertise in data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, Statistics, or relevant studies from an accredited university or college
- Minimum 1 years of work experience as a data analyst or in a related field; open for fresh graduate.
- Proven analytic skills, including mining, evaluation, and visualization.
- Technical writing experience in relevant fields - queries, reports, and presentations
- Ability to set & meet deadlines and able to work in high pressure & fast paced working environment
- Strong SQL/ Excel/ Tableau skills with aptitude for learning other analytics tools
- Practical experience in statistical analysis through use of statistical packages including Excel, SPSS, SAS, Power BI, etc.
- Proven success in a collaborative, team - oriented environment
- Experience with database & model design and segmentation techniques.
