The Data Analyst is responsible for ensuring smooth project workflow by coordinating between departments, ensure on time project deliveries, troubleshoot when issue arises, make quality inspection and data analysis for Shuttlerock Creative Studio's products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and monitor the flow of all incoming and outgoing projects;
- Develop, coordinate work and schedule to ensure on-time completion;
- Quality control and assurance of all projects' meeting the right technical specification standards;
- Process online uploads and deliveries to our clients.
- Track quality performance with data;
- Coordinate activities with other production-related departments.

**Primary Requirements**:

- Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, including Docs/Words, Sheet/Excel, PowerPoint/Slide.
- Skilled in formulas and modeling data for statistics.
- Confident in presenting ideas;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to triage issues, react well to changes, work with teams, and multi-task on multiple products and projects.
- Ability to operate within short release cycles.

**Secondary Requirements**:

- Familiarity with Adobe Suite including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Ability to understand functional and technical specifications of social media platforms.
