Data-driven and market-savvy business analyst to champion product performance. The candidate thrives on uncovering insights and opportunities, driving growth across campaigns and product initiatives. You will work closely with the product and data team to turn data into stories that would drive growth in the business.

  1. Analyse campaign results and user behaviours to measure the impact and provide actionable insights to optimise product offerings through the improvement of engagement and conversion.
  2. Work closely with the campaign and promotional team from conception to execution, using benchmarking, user insights and performance data to guide decision making.
  3. Consolidate and share local and international market intelligence to ensure competitiveness within the industry.
  4. Collaborate with other business analysts and data team to enhance data accessibility and communication across departments.
  5. Support strategic decision making through ad hoc analysis and presentations to management, providing clear recommendations and impact assessments.
  6. Identify and implement process efficiencies and automation improvements to streamline reporting and campaign evaluation workflows.

Job requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree or above, science and business majors (mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics, business, marketing) are preferred.
  2. Strong marketing knowledge, including understanding of customer acquisition strategies, digital marketing channels and campaign optimisation techniques
  3. Proactive problem-solver with a strong analytical mindset, excellent attention to detail
  4. Proficiency in collecting data from various sources, conducting thorough analysis and deriving actionable insights.
  5. Ability to convey complex analytical findings in an understandable manner.
  6. Strong verbal, written and presentation communications skills in Chinese and English
  7. Experience in product management and/or online marketing campaigns, familiarity with SaaS products preferred.
  8. Interest in sports, particularly football and basketball will have an advantage.
