About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team at AGGREGATE PI BIZ MANAGEMENT'. In this full-time position based in Johor, you will be responsible for analysing and interpreting complex data to drive informed business decisions and strategic initiatives. As a key member of our Information & Communication Technology department, you will play a crucial role in optimising our database development and administration.

What you'll be doing

  1. Collect, analyse and interpret data from various sources to uncover insights and trends
  2. Develop and maintain efficient database systems to support the organisation's data needs
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and implement solutions
  4. Create comprehensive reports, dashboards and visualisations to effectively communicate findings
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools and techniques to enhance productivity
  6. Provide recommendations and strategic guidance to leadership based on data-driven insights

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar data-driven role
  2. Strong proficiency in database management, SQL, and data analysis tools
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  4. Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
  6. Familiarity with data visualisation techniques and tools
  7. Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
