Petaling Jaya, Malaysia SERVELEAD SDN BHD Full time

Handling basic book keeping, for instance, preparing cheque / payment instructions and vouchers, updating the schedule / records, and handling Account Payable (AP) and Account Receivable (AR)
- .To perform data entry, documentation, printing & filing duties.
- Prepare payments and bank transfer.
- Reconcile bank statement on monthly basis.
- Assist in Group budget and forecast preparation.
- Keep accurate records for daily transactions.
- To assist with tax and audit financial statement.
- Monitoring and payment preparation staff claim & director claim.
- Handle office's petty cash.
- Responsible for summarization report on utilities & payment, maintenance of company vehicle, runner, fuel usage, credit card usage, project cost, etc.
- Responsible for preparing Purchase Order (PO) to supplier and subcontractor.
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office such as answering phone, correspondence letter, processing mail, purchase office's stationary & sundries, etc.

**Job Types**: Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
