Key Responsibilities:
1. Record financial transactions accurately and efficiently in the company's accounting software.

2. Assist in preparing and verifying financial documents, such as invoices, receipts, and purchase orders.

3. Reconcile bank statements and other financial records to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.

4. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice verification and payment processing.

5. Monitor and manage accounts to ensure timely collections and payments.

6. Assist in preparing financial reports and statements for management.

7. Maintain an organized and up-to-date filing system for financial documents.

8. Collaborate with the accounting team to support various financial projects and tasks.

Job Requirements:
1. Educational Qualifications:

- A diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred. An associate's degree or relevant certification may be considered.

2. Proven Experience:

- Proficiency in working with numbers and a high degree of accuracy in data entry.

4. Organizational Skills:

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

6. Communication Skills:

- Good written and verbal communication skills to interact with team members, clients, and vendors.

7. Computer Proficiency:

- Familiarity with accounting software, spreadsheets, and other financial tools.

- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining the confidentiality and security of financial data.

9. Team Player:

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
