Accounts Admin Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling travel arrangements.
- Assist with bookkeeping and basic accounting tasks, such as data entry, invoice processing, and reconciling financial records.
- Maintain and update company databases and files, ensuring accurate and efficient record-keeping.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, as well as manage office supplies and inventory.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum SPM. Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent is preferable.
- Experienced in Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk.
- Possess good knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
- Familiar with accounting standards and filling procedure.
- Excellent math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors.
- Advance level in MS Excel and good knowledge of accounting software.
- Organization and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
- Independent, analytical and have a positive working attitude
- Training will be provided.
