**Job Title: Account & Admin Executive (Autocount)**

**Role Summary**:
The Account & Admin Executive is a vital member of the organization responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, overseeing administrative functions, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. This role contributes to the company's overall success by managing financial transactions, supporting administrative processes, and fostering a well-organized and productive work environment.

**Core Responsibilities**:
a. **Bookkeeping**: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software (Autocount). - Record and reconcile daily transactions, including invoices, expenses, and receipts.

b. **Client Management**: - Assist in the preparation and monitoring of client Maintenance Contracts - Provide Monthly reports and analysis to Management.

c. **Invoicing and Payments**: - Generate and issue invoices to clients. - Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. - Process payments and follow up on overdue accounts.

**2. Administrative Functions**:
a. **Office Management**: - Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. - Manage staff leave / expense / duty roster etc.

c. **Documentation and Filing**: - Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems. - Assist in the creation and management of various documents.

**3. Compliance and Reporting**:
a. **Regulatory Compliance**: - Stay informed about relevant regulations and ensure compliance. - Work with external auditors as needed.

b. **Reporting**: - Prepare and submit regular financial and administrative reports. - Assist in the preparation of reports for regulatory bodies.

**4. Team Collaboration**:
a. **Coordination with Departments**: - Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of financial and administrative activities with organizational goals.

b. **Cross-functional Support**: - Support other teams as needed for various projects and initiatives.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in accounting and administrative roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Autocount) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Performance Metrics**:

- Accuracy and timeliness of financial records.
- Adherence to budgets and financial targets.
- Efficiency in administrative processes.
- Compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Salary**: RM1,988.96 - RM4,662.80 per month
