**Job Description**:

- Knowledge in UBS system accounting and billing
- To handle daily accounting and book keeping entry
- Day to day operation & accounting activities and function

such as data entry, documentation, coordinating and follow up

on pending matters
- Responsible for filing and sorting documentation in timely

and proper manner.
- Prepare PO, sales invoices, generate monthly bank

reconciliation, aging report and sales report
- Multitasking, resourceful and pro-active with sense of

urgency
- To handle any ad-hoc duties that assigned from time to time

Job Requirements:
equivalent.
- Must have at least 2-years’ experience in Admin and

Accounts related work
- Have a good command of computer literacy and knowledge

of MS-Office (MS-Word, Power Point & Excel).
- Good communication skills
- Malaysia Citizens only.
- Age limit from 23- 30 years old
- Possess Own transport
- Good in health condition
