**Accounts cum Admin Assistant**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day business operations activities.
- Perform office -based administrative duties
- Answer incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as and when required, maintaining payment records, office supplies, etc.
- Prepare training materials
- Conduct briefings for casual employment staffs
- On the job guidance for new casual employment staffs
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs
- Assist in preparing quotations, billing to clients
- Perform any task assigned by management from time to time.
- Organize office operations and processes, such as expenses reports, handling correspondence and supporting Account related tasks.
- Assist manager with bookkeeping and other tasks.

**Job Requirements**
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- 1-2 years experience in related field will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good personality, ability to multi-task and result oriented.
- Good organization and planning skills.
- Strong attention to details.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Sound judgment and decision-making.
- Flexibility to attend to on ground support during regular business hours, as well as occasional evenings or weekends if necessary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
