JOB DESCRITION:
A) DATA ENTRY, BANK RECONCILIATION, BOOK KEEPING AND FILING.
B) DAILY ONLINE PAYMENT REQUEST OR ISSUING OF CHEQUES
C) TO FOLLOW-UP PAYMENT WITH CUSTOMERS ON DUE AND OVERDUE
ACCOUNTS.
D) TO RECONCILE VENDORS STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT AND PREPARE VENDORS PAYMENT.
E) TO DO FULL SET OF ACCOUNTS AND PAYROLL.
F) UPDATE STAFF LEAVE,MC AND ATTENDANCE RECORD,
G) STOCK CHECK ON OFFICE PRINTING MATERIALS AND OFFICE STATIONERIES.
H) PREPARE AND CHECK SST REPORT AND REMITTANCE OF PAYMENT TO CUSTOM DEPT.
H) ANY OTHER ADMIN WORKS OR DUTIES AS DIRECTED BY SUPERIOR.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
1) MUST POSSES DIPLOMA AND DEGREE IN ACCOUNTING.
2) FRESH ENCOURAGE TO APPLY.
3) MUST ABLE TO SPEAK AND WRITE ENGLISH,MALAY AND MANDRIN.
4) WILLING TO WORK MULTI-TASKING.
5) ABLE TO OPERATE MS OFFICE LIKE OUTLOOK,EXCEL AND WORDS.
6) COMPUTER LITERATE.
7) PLEASNT PERSONALITY.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate
