
Optometrist, Branch Manager

Clinical Leadership:
- Lead and manage a team of optometrists, opticians, and supporting staff.
- Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to enhance team performance and professional development.
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality optometric services, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
- Monitor clinical operations, optimize workflows, and implement improvements for enhanced efficiency.
- Maintain a focus on exceptional patient care, addressing complex cases, and ensuring patient satisfaction.
Managerial Duties:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet business goals and objectives.
- Drive revenue growth by setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to achieve targets.
- Manage inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships related to optical products and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, healthcare laws, and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments for cross-functional initiatives and seamless operations.
- Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
- Foster a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork, open communication, and a culture of continuous improvement.
Marketing and Business Development:
- Contribute to marketing strategies to promote optometric services and enhance the clinic's visibility.
- Identify opportunities for business growth, partnerships, and community engagement initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and patient feedback to refine service offerings.
Clinical Optometrist and Sales Specialist:
- Conduct thorough eye exams and vision evaluations.
- Prescribe and fit eyeglasses, contact lenses, and other vision aids.
- Offer expert guidance on eyewear selection, lens options, and eye care practices.
- Specialize in pediatric vision, binocular vision disorders, and vision therapy.
- Collaborate with caregivers and healthcare professionals for comprehensive pediatric eye care.
- Manage pre and post-eye examination procedures and patient care.
- Strive to achieve sales goals and provide quality optometric services.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving vision-related issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Handle day-to-day sales operations, schedule appointments, and maintain customer relationships.
- Participate in company programs/events like eye screenings and educational talks.
- Maintain accurate patient records, documenting diagnoses, treatments, and prescriptions.
**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
