We have been in the business since 1979 and have grown to become a leader in the industry. We have 44 branches and provide 24/7 emergency assistance with 28 resQ vehicles across Malaysia.
**; Requirements**: - This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant at Yonming Group located in Sungai Buloh. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for executive administrative assistance, diary management, communication, clerical skills and other day-to-day tasks as required. Strong willingness to learn is highly regarded and on the job training will be provided as well.
- Calendar and diary managements including scheduling appointment and meeting of senior management team
- Travelling arrangements including car rental, flight ticket, accommodation booking, etc.
- Planning and organsing company activities and events such as business trips, business dinners, company tours, company seminars, annual dinner, charity activities etc
- Managing databases and filing systems (compile records of the meeting minutes, the checklists received from branches etc )
- Responsible for preparing monthly claims for management team;
- Undertake ad-hoc projects and assignments assigned by management team.
