Personal Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and organize the executive's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
2. Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
4. Prepare and organize documents and reports as needed.
5. Assist with personal tasks such as running errands, managing personal appointments, and handling household management duties.
6. Act as a liaison between the executive and other staff members or external contacts.
7. Organize and maintain files and office systems for maximum efficiency.
8. Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
9. Assist with special projects and perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google drive and other office management tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
**Education**:
- A high school diploma is required; further education or certification in administrative services is a plus.
Work Environment:
- This position is typically office-based but may require travel and working outside of standard office hours.
