**Qualifications**
- Minimum 5 years experiences in Supply Chain with proven experience in inventory control or similar role.
- Minimum 3 years leadership experience leading own (inhouse) operation. Excellence knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
- Strong in warehouse operation management and warehouse management system
- Well verse on business process and control
- Ability to manpower planning and trouble shooting
- Meticulous with good analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Outstanding communication skills and interpersonal abilities
- Bachelor’s Degree in finance / economy / supply chain / business admin or any technical related field

**Responsibilities**
- Monitor EMH team on transaction receiving and delivery of wooden pallets, plastic pallet and bags. Any stock below safety stock need immediately highlight to other function for support to ensure no interruption for production and operation.
- Ensure system transaction for all pallet movement including return from customer, hire, dehire, and transfer is accurately done and on time.
- To track stock balance of plastic pallet, wooden pallet and bag to ensure availability to production, operation and inventory. For stock below safety level need immediately request and closely monitor.
- Ensure return pallet physically received tally as docket on shipment, receiving docket with shipment is recorded and filling properly.
- Monitor every shipment to customer or other warehouses. Verify compiled data base on the transactions. Prepare, update and present the details for daily performance review.
- Review the records of any finding of different specification such as non-standard size or weight, broken and damaged pallets and bags. Compile findings and report to daily performance review.
- Make sure daily productivity of pallet and bag sorting was recorded.
- Make sure record for mhe available and maintain including inspection checklist and certification for the forklift driver.
- Compile EMH performance report based on requirement by management for KPI review.
- Monitor equipment checklist on regular basis. For some equipment required repair and maintenance request form superior for repair.
- Responsible to support Inventory team for stock take and stock count related to raw sugar area.
- Responsible to guide the operation team on developing feasible operation plan to delivery key KPIs covering QESH, delivery performance, customer service, cost, inventory control and project deliverables.
- To attend to other works as specified by the Department Head.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
