SUMMARY DESCRIPTION
- Order execution base on contracted period and customer expectation of ETS & ETA
- Handling both operation flow from purchase until sales completed.
- Coordinate with commodity supplier and toll packer on cargo readiness and booking arrangement, to maximize the satisfaction of customer
- Liaise with vendor, freight forwarder and logistics partner on shipment schedule and logistics.
- Handling documentation based on customer requirement.
- Execute all transaction involve within the trade flow including purchase, sales and expenses in SAP.
- Follow up on customer payment base on payment term.
- Coordinate closely with account and finance team to ensure smooth month end closing.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
- Order management for purchase order and sales order.
- Provide in-land rate & freight rate to commercial team for quotation.
- Request quotation from various forwarder/liner and do comparison before place booking.
- Prepare proforma invoice for customer with specific payment term such as LOC and advance deposit before shipment out.
- Work closely with commodity supplier and toll packer (if applicable to order) to ensure shipment depart on time. If any challenges faced, update internally before update to customer.
- Ensure booking confirmation received on time depends on incoterm of trade.
- Enter the shipment data into operation daily tracker.
- Follow up closely with all logistics partner on logistics arrangement including, empty container arrangement, loading time slot, laden gate in port and vessel ship on board timely.
- Prepare documentation according to customer need such as invoice, packing list, Bill of Landing, certificate of origin, Insurance cert, Health cert, and free sales cert.
- Verify all document with customer and get confirmation.
- Monitor closely with treasury team on payment, before release document to customer.
- Manage and liaise with stake holder to provide solution if any changes in shipment plan due to production issues, customer request, port congestion and others.
- Troubleshooting and provide solution to solve ad-hoc operation issues.
- New vendor creation in SAP.
- Cross check the sales order and purchase order, such as pricing and quantity.
- Perform inbound delivery, good receive, and submit invoice to payable team for invoice receive. (Purchase order)
- Perform outbound delivery, good issue, and invoicing. (sales order)
- Input shipment unplanned expenses and costing from vendor in SAP for payment

Skills & Requirements:
- Good interpersonal, communication skills and multi-tasking skills.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision and with sense of urgency
- Bachelor’s degree and above in related field.
- Capable, enthusiastic and strong leadership, communication & people management experience.
- Fluent in English and Malay speaking & writing
- Good knowledge of SAP system
- Minimum 2 years and above of working experiences in related Field
