**Position Overview**:
As a Content Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for the content management and optimization of an online movie streaming platform. Your role involves ensuring accuracy and appeal in movies, series, and information on the platform, providing users with an exceptional viewing experience. You will collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute content strategies, enhancing user retention and satisfaction.

**Responsibilities and Tasks**:

- Manage and maintain content such as movies and TV series on the platform, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Plan and execute content recommendation strategies, deliver relevant and personalized viewing suggestions to enhance user engagement.
- Develop and execute plans for new content releases, ensuring a continuously updated and diverse content library.
- Coordinate with internal teams, communicate with copyright departments, editorial teams, etc., to ensure content permissions and compliance.
- Analyze user viewing data and behavior, provide improvement suggestions, and optimize the platform's content recommendation algorithms.
- Handle user feedback and complaints, promptly resolve content-related issues, and maintain user satisfaction.
- Track industry trends and competitors, stay informed about market dynamics, and propose new content strategies.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in media, film, digital media, marketing, or related fields preferred.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, capable of creating compelling copy and content.
- Strong interest in the film and television industry, familiarity with popular movies, series, and culture.
- Familiarity with film and series copyright permissions and compliance requirements, experience in this area is a plus.
- Data analysis skills, able to interpret user viewing data and behavior.
- Strong team collaboration spirit, capable of working with different departments to coordinate and drive content releases.
- Self-driven, able to handle issues independently, and propose innovative content recommendation strategies.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other office software, capable of creating copy and content reports.

**资格和要求：**
- 良好的华语听说读写能力。
- 本科以上学历，传媒、影视、数字媒体、市场营销或相关领域优先。
- 具备出色的写作和编辑能力，能够创作吸引人的文案和内容。
- 对电影和影视行业有浓厚兴趣，了解流行影片、剧集和文化。
- 熟悉电影和剧集的版权许可和合规要求，有相关经验者优先。
- 具备数据分析能力，能够解读用户观影数据和行为。
- 良好的团队合作精神，能够与不同部门合作，协调推动内容上线。
- 自我驱动，能够独立处理问题，提出创新性的内容推荐策略。
- 熟练使用Microsoft Office等办公软件，能够制作文案和内容报告。

**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
