**Admin & Finance Assistant**
**Job Summary**:
The Admin and Finance Assistant will provide support to the administration department on HR, Purchasing and Finance finance jobs.
**_Duties/Responsibilities:_**
- Prepares documents and forms to move goods efficiently through import and export steps and procedures.
- Reviews paperwork and documents to ensure shipping, handling, storage charges, and customs fees are billed correctly
- Responsible with registration, renewal/termination linked with government bodies/others
- Keep all staff records/files up-dated.
- Responsible for day to day financial transactions record keeping
- Ensuring proper documentation of payment vouchers and all other supporting documents.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
**_Required Skills/Abilities:_**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of shipping regulations and policies.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
**_Education and Experience:_**
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least one year of experience in accounting
**_Salary range_**
- RM1,800.00 to RM 2,300.00
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
COVID-19 considerations:
All customers are required to wear mask and check temperature before entering the premise. Customers and staff are allowed in only if they have completed 2 dose vaccine and their MySejahtera showing low risk.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Rawang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
