**Job description**

1. To design and come up with impactful creative illustrations, artwork and content in different mediums including but not limited to prints, outdoors and digital, based on the requirement of the Advertising and Promotions team, within the expected timeline, to meet business objectives.

2. Generate ideas to portray concepts and deliver messages to advertise and promote marketing campaigns both online and offline.

3. Update brand books and provide creative direction

4. To develop the branding and CI guidelines for the company, and ensure the
consistency of it in all visuals and creative artworks.

5. To execute any other job responsibilities as and when required by the superior or any other persons designated by the Company.

6. To support Advertising & Promotions team in all thematic or tactical campaign with above-the-line materials, Below-the-line materials, set-up concept, layout, supervision of set-up etc.

7. To monitor and upkeep all visual displays in the Malls are in order and executive corrective measures if it is found otherwise.

8. To responsible for the graphic / visual merchandising items inventory.

**Requirement**:

- Must have at least 2-3 years Graphic/Visual Merchandising working experience in shopping centre management and retail industry.
- Minimum a degree/ advance diploma holder in either Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Display or equivalent fields.
- Must be proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Possess a strong analytical mind set to evaluate the market situation in order to develop an effective visual merchandising plan and strategy.
- Able to manage and work with different agencies (media, creative, public relations or internet) to develop desired results for the Mall.
- Possess creative instincts and flairs to develop new ideas and innovative plan for the Mall and a wide network of resources and technical know-how to complete relevant tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willing to work on odd-hours, weekends or public holidays when required.
