New Model & Service Publication
- Plan, prepare & monitor New Model schedule to ensure inter-division project to be aligned according to timeline.
- Window person from Boon Siew Honda to liaise with Honda Motors on Service Publication matter ie; Owner's Manual, Workshop Manual, Parts Catalogue & Warranty Booklet.
- Plan, prepare & monitor license/data fee that to be paid to Honda Motors according to schedule.
- Window person between Customer Service section & Internal Section/Department/Division for project alignment.
- Prepare & coordinate with internal and external section/department/division on Special Tools required for New/Existing model.
- Preparation of Technical Service info ie; Service News, Service Bulletin relation to new/existing model.
- Preparation of Owner's Manual, Workshop Manual, Parts Catalogue, Service & Warranty Booklet ie; Printing, translation & data update.
- Plan & forecast budget required and monitor budget utilization by monthly/ quaterly/ yearly basis.

Training & Development
- Coordinate Technical & Soft skill Training activity with Training PIC.
- Coordinate After Sales Skills contest activity for Boon Siew Honda.

Technical
- Carry-out technical survey & analysis relation to product & maintenance in accordance to new & existing model for Service improvement activity.

Requirement:

- Bachelor Degree in Automotive Engineering or related field with **minimum 2 years working experience in After Sales/ Service Operation/ New Model Planning/ Publication.**:

- Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to do Data Analysis, Data Forecast and Data Planning.
- Excellent skill in MS Office especially Excel.
- Excellent in Communication & Negotiation skill.
- Good time management, Project Planning and presentation skill.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,900.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
