Evaluate business developments and determine accounting transaction technical.
- Execute period end financial close to ensure financial statements fair recognition, measurement and presentation.
- Review Group's financial health and liquidity position.
- Prepare reports to assist corporate decision and for on-time statutory public releases.
- Coordinate and assist in financial audit exercise.
- Ensure Group’s adherence to regulations, timely evaluate latest developments to comply or seize business opportunities.
- Administrate boardroom matters, provide input and facilitate directors’ decision, implement Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance updates.
- Interpret trends, anticipate market developments, appraise impact to existing operation or expansion strategy.
- Assist and advise management team to optimize cost control and savings.
- Handle treasury matters such as cashflow forecasts, investment portfolio management, monitor & hedge foreign exchange risks, streamline payment process.
- Periodic estimation of effective tax rates, plan expenses to leverage on tax benefits, redeploy operation model correspond to regulatory developments
- Liaison with government agencies to promote company new projects & ventures for grants & incentive entitlements.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
