
Assistant Supply Chain Manager

Oversee and manage the end-to-end supply chain operations for road, air, and sea logistics, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of goods.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize supply chain efficiency, minimize costs, and enhance overall performance.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including procurement, production, and sales teams, to forecast demand and plan inventory accordingly.
- Collaborate with external vendors, carriers, and logistics partners to negotiate contracts, monitor service levels, and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards governing import and export activities, including customs documentation and authority clearance procedures.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the supply chain team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Act as a liaison between the company and regulatory authorities, ensuring adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements related to supply chain operations.
**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in senior operations, preferably in healthcare.
- Knowledge of supply chain principles, logistics, and import/export processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software.
- Detail-oriented with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
