Logistic & Admin Assistant

**Start Date : With immediate effect.**
**Introduction text**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Inspect condition of parts during receiving, and conduct checking on the quantity and description ensure it tally with supplier invoice.
- Sort, organize and store parts in the proper location.
- Recording serial number on products.
- Data entries (sales invoices, delivery order, supplier invoices & etc.).
- Update inventory data for customer when needed.
- Responsible for accurate picking, packing and shipping of customer orders, maintaining a minimum of 99.5% accuracy.
- Assist conducting cycle count on regular basis maintaining accuracy between system & physical count.
- Courier arrangement.
- Proper filing of all documents.
- Work as a team to achieve team goals.
- Operate and maintain preventively warehouse equipments.
- Maintaining warehouse in safe, neat and clean manner.
- Practice 5S in warehouse. 5S methodology - clean, uncluttered, safe & well organise.
- Perform office reception duties.
- Attending to guests / customers / business associates.
- Answering phones call & divert to respective person. Taking telephone messages.
- Assisting other departments on administrative tasks.
- Other assignments by Department Head.
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in any field related to business admin, supply chain.
- Minimum 1-2 years warehouse experience, fresh grad is encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office specifically Excel and Outlook.
- Experience with ERP and barcode scanning software strongly preferred.
- Familiar with use of a computer and able to type 25 WPM.
- Demonstrated math and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communications - verbal, written communication, and active listening skills.
- Extremely high attention to detail; time management and decision-making skills.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
- Self-starter, self-motivated and consistent performer at a high level.
- Thrive in a fast-paced work environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Teamwork mentality.
- Ability to lift to 25kgs on a regular basis.
- Available to work overtime on an as-needed basis.
- Punctuality is a must.
