**Position: Admin Assistant**

**Company Background: Oil and Gas Industry**

**Tenure: 1 year contract ( Renewable basis)**

**Salary: RM 2800 - RM 3600**

**Working Hour: Normal Working Hour ( Monday to Friday)**

**Location: Damansara Heights**
- Organize all meetings, communication sessions, employee travel plans followed up, visitor management
- Manage / update all personnel files / vacation / medical reports / contract manning
- Manage Records Management Activities i.e. Records retrieval, housekeeping and disposition of the retail.
- Create LVPO & request order for all purchases, process payment and follow up with Account Payable
- Update organization charts
- Coordinate with contract vendors on 3rd party contract
- Process 3rd Party Service Invoices in SAP
- Process personnel invoices for Managers approvals / send to Payables
- Coordinates flights / hotel bookings for Retail.
- Prepare personnel announcements
- Coordinate with hotels on offsite meetings
- Manage office supplies / festive cards / diaries / calendars for the departments
- Process retail employees Daily Expense Statement claims
- Any other general administrative duties

**Job Requirements**:

- Possess Degree in any related fields with CGPA 3.00,
- Experience or having certificate in administration, secretarial and office management is an added advantage. Able to prioritize work to meet several managers needs
- Good in computer skills - Microsoft office
- Knowledge in SAP is an added advantage
- Possesses good command and written in English
- Strong interpersonal skills, good communicator, time management

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 4 months

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
