**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
We seek Guest Ambassadors who are characterized by enthusiasm, optimism, and a respectful demeanor toward everyone. Collaborating with fellow Ambassadors, your aim will be to provide outstanding service to our guests. Prior hotel experience is not a prerequisite; instead, we value genuine interest, a penchant for multitasking, and passion for your work

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Be the friendly face that initiates an unforgettable guest experience.
- Recognize Five Senses Reward members and returning guests, whether in person or over the phone.
- Manage guest reservations proficiently and seize opportunities for upselling, while suggesting ways to enhance their stay.
- Process both cash and credit transactions efficiently.
- Ensure seamless check-in and check-out experiences by swiftly handling identification, distributing room keys, and managing safety deposit boxes.
- Anticipate guests' needs by noting and addressing their preferences, as well as managing their messages, inquiries, and concerns promptly.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for all guests, assisting with anything from billing queries to local recommendations, and involving management when necessary.
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times, promptly reporting any incidents and utilizing necessary protective equipment.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the brand's reputation as an ambassador.
- Stay informed about the day's schedule of events and activities.
- Be ready to assist colleagues with additional tasks whenever required.

**JOB REQUIREMENT**:

- Communication abilities: Being approachable and receptive to guests' concerns and compliments to facilitate easy dialogue.
- Problem: Solving proficiency: Adeptly addressing issues to transform them into opportunities, ensuring guests depart with positive memories.
- Proficiency in the local language: While additional language skills are beneficial, they are not mandatory.
- Literacy and technological adeptness: Possessing competent reading, writing, basic mathematical, and computer skills.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as part of the job requirements.
- Educational qualifications: Holding a high school diploma is necessary, while possessing a college or university degree is advantageous but not obligatory.
- Experience: Ideally having a minimum of one year's experience in a front desk or guest service role.
- Genuine Attitude: Demonstrating empathy, a desire to make a positive impact, and forging authentic connections with guests.
- Confidence: Possessing the necessary knowledge and skills to execute tasks effectively, instilling guests with confidence in your ability to assist and support them during their stay.
- Active Listening: Focusing on the guest's verbal and non-verbal cues, discerning their needs and desires often overlooked, and responding empathetically.
- Prompt Responsiveness: Promptly and empathetically fulfilling guests' needs in a timely manner.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
