**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership**: Lead and manage a team of content moderators, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure high performance and professional development.
- **Content Moderation**: Monitor, review, and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines, legal requirements, and company policies.
- **Quality Assurance**: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure consistency and accuracy in content moderation decisions.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Track and analyze team performance metrics, providing regular feedback and performance reviews to team members.
- **Escalation Management**: Handle complex moderation cases and escalate issues as necessary to appropriate departments.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on team performance, trends in content violations, and other relevant metrics for senior management.
- **Policy Development**: Assist in the development and updating of content moderation policies and guidelines.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments such as Customer Support, Legal, and Product Development to address content-related issues and improve overall user experience.
- **Training and Development**: Conduct training sessions for new team members and continuous development programs for existing staff.

**Qualifications**:

- **Language Proficiency**: Native or fluent proficiency in Japanese and English (both written and spoken).
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in content moderation, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Communications, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- **Skills**: Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle sensitive and potentially distressing content with professionalism.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in using content management systems and familiar with social media platforms and their moderation tools.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations effectively.
- **Cultural Awareness**: Understanding of Japanese culture and social norms to ensure culturally appropriate content moderation.

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
