**Responsibilities**:

- Administer & support the sales team on sales achievement, marketing activities, meeting coordination & follow-up on meeting agenda.
- Gather sales data & analyze sales reports via Microsoft Excel (knowledge of Pivot table & quick formulation).
- Support selected customers’ outlet/product sales progress.
- Correspondent & support on sales promotion activity record.
- Monitor customer inquiries & feedback.
- Ad hoc tasks for sales team support.

**Requirements**:

- Good proficiency in MS OFFICE especially MS EXCEL.
- Possess good interpersonal skills, is self-motivated and proactive with a positive work attitude.
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Sales / Marketing department is preferred.
- Able to converse and write Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin as an added advantage.
