Position Location : Kuala Lumpur
**Job Description**:
- 3-5 Yrs experience in Enterprise Risk Management (“ERM”)
- The Group ERM Manager is a self-starter that can communicate and liaise with various Heads and Managers of Department/Divisions, both locally and regionally on ERM matters
- He/She will be accountable for developing, implementing and maintaining the ERM framework and supporting policies and procedures for the AirAsia group of companies (“Group”)
- He/She will assist the Head of ERM in developing and implementing a strategic and annual ERM plan for the Group
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the identification, assessment and compilation of risks for reporting by all business units across the Group (including conducting risk assessment workshops)
- Ensure that risk registers are developed for business units and the organisation in line with the ERM framework and best practice principles
- Facilitate the development of appropriate risk response strategies and monitor action plans
- Manage the coordination of ERM with assurance functions (e.g., internal and external auditors)
- Prepare reports and presentations on ERM matters to relevant stakeholders (e.g., Board Risk Management Committee and Senior Management)
- Coordinate the activities of the Board and Management level risk management committees and perform the Secretariat function
- Develop learning materials and conduct ERM awareness workshops
- Promote and make ERM part of the Group’s culture by participating in working groups, staff meetings and one-on-one meetings
- Develop and maintain ERM enhancements and infrastructure (e.g., KRIs, dashboard reporting, software)
- Attend ERM courses and conferences as part of continuing professional development
