Lathe Machinist

Experienced in setting, tooling selection, operate machine - Able to interpret drawing with geometrical dimensioning & tolerancing (GD&T) - Able to machine different material Responsibility: - To operate machines and perform regular equipment maintenance. - To setting up on machine as well as make alteration on minor error encounter. -To check all tooling, and fixture are correct before commencing jobs. - To verify dimensions and alignment on or off machines, using measuring tools, such as micrometers, height gages, block gages, thread gages, etc. - To inspect and measure parts - To ensure that machining work carried out meet the required quality as stated in the respective manuals and technical document - To confers with engineers, production personnel, or others to resolve machining or assembly problem
- Incorporated on the 23rd February 2009 - New building construction built on the 2nd of February 2012 and completed on the 5th of June 2012 - Have engineering experience since the year of 1965 - Started the business from Vehicle automation and general fabrication developed to Marine Equipment fabrication and repair - Have business relationship with the Government Navy for 30 years since PSC Naval Shipyard to Boustead Naval Shipyard - Started business relationship with MTU Services (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd since year 1990.
