**Job brief**

We are looking for an experienced supply chain manager to ensure our company supply chain and logistics operations function properly.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with other departments, such as Productions. Sales & Marketing, Quality & Finance, to create effective business plans, so teamwork skills are important. You should also have experience in project management, as well as great leadership and communication ability.

You will coordinates, organizes, and oversees all activities involved in the identification, acquisition, production, and distribution of the company's goods.

**Responsibilities**
- Create the company’s supply chain strategy
- Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues
- Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth
- Evaluate and report on KPIs
- Maintain supply chain inventory and records in the company warehouse & in the factory.
- Train and guide employees
- Negotiates prices for raw material and delivery with suppliers, vendors, and/or shipping companies.
- Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly
- Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes
- Identifies optimal shipment and transportation routes with attention to consolidation of warehousing and distribution.
- Resolve issues that come up (e.g. delays in delivery, accidents)
- Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the supply chain (e.g. use of trucks, forklifts)
- Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards
- Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals.
- Monitors the performance of suppliers, assessing their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements; identifies and qualifies new suppliers in collaboration with other departments.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

**Requirements and skills**
- Previous experience as a supply chain manager or in a similar field
- Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes
- Working experience of relevant software and ERP systems.
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Attention to detail
- Creative problem-solving
- A strategic and analytical mind
- Degree or Master in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management, or similar field

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
