Mechanical Technician - Assemble, install, test and maintain mechanical equipment, appliances and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools. - Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning and breakdowns of mechanical equipment, systems. - Assisting the mechanical engineer with mechanical design and maintenance tasks. - Installing and performing diagnostic tests on mechanical systems. - Developing and implementing mechanical maintenance plans to prevent costly equipment breakdowns. - Documenting processes and maintaining mechanical service records. - Training co-workers on the safe and efficient use of mechanical machinery and equipment. - Maintaining a tidy work environment and adhering to industry regulations. - Follow and enforce strict safety regulations such as wearing gloves, safety helmets, protective masks, and safety shoes. - Follow all safety protocols and clean up your workspace upon completion Electrical Technician Assemble, install, test and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools. - Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning equipment, appliances etc. - Reading and interpreting electrical and electronic circuit diagrams, and schematics. - Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with standards. - Test electrical system and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures, using testing devices such ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes, to ensure compatibility and safety of system. - Communicate appropriately with the operators, mechanics, other electricians, engineers, supervisors and managers. - Work from height and lifts to install, maintain or repair electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures. - Follow and enforce strict safety regulations such as wearing gloves, safety helmets, protective masks, and safety shoes. - Follow all safety protocols and clean up your workspace upon completion
