**Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated technician maintenance to join our team in the Industrial Automation industry. As a technician maintenance, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our machinery and equipment, guaranteeing optimal performance and minimizing downtime.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on industrial machines and equipment
- Conduct inspections to identify issues and make necessary adjustments
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic problems and determine appropriate solutions
- Analyze equipment performance and implement preventative measures to enhance reliability
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop and implement maintenance schedules
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including performed repairs and costs
- Participate in training programs to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a technician maintenance in the Industrial Automation industry
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems
- Familiarity with maintenance best practices and procedures
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and specifications

- Membantu menyelenggara mesin-mesin, conveyor, motor & pump, pendawaian berada dalam keadaan baik, selamat dan berkekalan.
- Membersihkan setiap mesin supaya sentiasa berada di dalam keadaan baik, selamat dan berkekalan.
- Membantu menjalankan kerja-kerja penyelenggaraan untuk peralatan di pejabat, kilang, kenderaan syarikat, sistem pendawaian dan lampu pintu-pintu utama.
- Membuat kerja-kerja membaikpulih kimpalan terhadap mesin / peralatan sokongan yang tidak mengikut spesifikasi agar ia dapat digunakan dengan selamat memenuhi tahap minimum kualiti.
- Melakukan pembersihan tangki dan filter mengikut jadual pembersihan yang telah ditetapkan. Melakukan penambahan bahan mentah ( Chemical ) mengikut jumlah yang diberikan oleh Jabatan Kualiti pada setiap hari.
- Mematuhi SOP untuk cara kerja, kualiti dan standard packing yang ditetapkan.
- Membantu Supervisor / Technician untuk kerja-kerja penyelenggaraan mesin dan kilang
- Membantu memastikan Sistem Kualiti yang dilaksanakan, diikuti dan dikekalkan.
- Memastikan perlaksanaan Amalan 5'S dipatuhi sepenuhnya seperti ditetapkan.
- Mematuhi dan melaksanakan segala arahan dan kaedah kerja yang telah ditetapkan didalam Manual Kualiti Sistem ISO 9001
- Membantu membaiki setiap peralatan sokongan mesin seperti jig, hanger dan hook, dan mempastikan ia menepati spesifikasi kualiti yang ditetapkan oleh Jabatan QC dan SOP.
- Memastikan peralatan penyelenggaraan di bilik maintenance dijaga dengan baik dan disusun ditempat yang betul agar tidak hilang.
- Menjalankan tugas-tugas lain yang ditetapkan oleh Pengurusan.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
