1) Handling incoming phone calls from clients, suppliers and any outsiders with professional phone etiquette and convey the message to office staff.
2) Attending to walk in visitors, clients, suppliers and ensure the implementation of SOP in place.
3) Receiving incoming mails, documents, parcels and distribute to the right recipients.
4) Handle the reception area, surrounding office’s cleanliness and tidiness.
5) Replenishing the stock of office stationery and equipment, toiletries need, pantry’s facilities, food, and beverages, etc.
6) Handling the monthly payment for instant office utilities, staff’ hostel rental and utilities, insurances, company vehicles road tax, etc.
7) Support the government SOP implementation such as MITI requirement, temperature record etc.
8) In-charge on general administrative duties such as forms preparation, documents/record compilation and filing, meeting room preparation, etc.
9) Support any other duties related Human Resource and Administration matters upon assigned by superior.
10) **Coordinate with Management Representative on Safety, Health and Environment matters regarding the workplaces**
11) **Ensuring HSE requirements are implemented and maintained at workplaces.**
12) **Report to the Management Representative all accidents, near misses, incidents, dangerous occurrence, occupational poisoning, and occupational diseases and assists the Management Representative in investigations.**
13) **Ensure that job hazards, safety procedures, and significant environmental aspects are explained to each employee before beginning of work.**
14) **Coordinate with HSE Coordinate to determine the HSE training needs of workers and arrangement for training.**
Pay: RM1,287.00 - RM2,438.00 per month

**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 25% (preferred)
