**Responsibilities**
- **Welcome and greet guests**: Provide a warm and professional first impression to all visitors and members.
- **Handle villa bookings**: Process reservations for on-site accommodation, including check-in/check-out procedures and payment processing.
- **Respond to general inquiries**: Answer questions about the golf course, facilities, rates, membership options, and local area attractions.
- **Maintain accurate records**: Keep detailed logs of green bookings, villa reservations, and guest interactions.
- **Ensure cleanliness and organization**: Maintain the reception area and other designated spaces to a high standard of tidiness.
- **Assist with administrative tasks**: Support the team with various administrative duties as needed.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
- **Communication skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Malay. Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese is a plus.
- **Computer skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Familiarity with online booking systems is an advantage.
- **Personal qualities**:

- Proactive and resourceful problem-solver
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
