Assistant Store Manager

**Responsibilities**
- Network & Client Management
- Sales Target / Budget / Forecast
- Leadership & Staff Management
- Stock Management
**Qualifications**
- 3 - 5 years of experiences in retail service environment, preferably within the luxury retail industry
- Knowledge of cash register systems. Basic computer skills, including: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook
- Ability to meet moderate stockroom lifting requirements and store climbing requirements
- Ability to manoeuvre sales floor
- Ability to clean displays to ensure professional presentation
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to work flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business; including nights, weekends and public holidays.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Rotational shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Genting Highlands Premium Outlets: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- assistant store manager: 3 years (preferred)
- stock management: 3 years (preferred)
- Retail sales: 3 years (preferred)
