**Responsibilities**:

- **Manage Service Requests**:Review and assess requests and information provided by users. Engage with users to gather necessary details when information is insufficient.
- Ensure Timely Delivery: Handle and deliver Service Requests (SR), Incident Reports (IR), and Change Requests (CR) within agreed-upon SLA and KPI. Assist and support Function/Team leads in planning, coordinating, and ensuring timely and quality CR enhancement delivery.
- SharePoint Architecture: Design and develop complex solutions using Microsoft SharePoint Server 2019 and SharePoint Designer, along with various other.NET components. Provide high-quality consulting services leveraging extensive SharePoint knowledge and experience.
- Performance Improvement: Engage in the full lifecycle of Analysis, Design, Implementation, and Support. Embrace performance and developmental feedback to continually improve.
- Collaborative Support: Support the delivery of complex services and collaborate with colleagues. Tackle unusual and complex challenges while guiding and advising others.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, coupled with extensive hands-on experience.
- **4+ years of experience in SharePoint Administration and Architecture Design,** Configuration, and Implementation (SharePoint 2010-2019).
- Proficiency in Customizing and Designing SharePoint Master Pages and custom layouts for at least 1+ years.
- **2+ years of experience in customizing SharePoint site definitions.**:

- Knowledge in **Powershell & Dot Net** Scripting and SharePoint custom feature development.
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint Designer workflows and customizations.
- Project management experience with the ability to manage projects effectively.
- Understanding of capacity planning and ability to define project scope and scale.
- Strong business acumen and ability to provide solutions for business requirements.
- Demonstrated consulting skills in both technical and business process decisions.
- Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Strong team orientation and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and willingness to share knowledge.
- Attention to detail and positive attitude towards co-workers and clients.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM600.00 - RM800.00 per day
