**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and sketch embroidery designs for apparel, accessories, and têxtiles, incorporating innovative techniques and materials.
- Research and interpret fashion trends, historical references, and cultural influences to inspire embroidery concepts.
- Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure embroidery designs complement overall collection themes and styles.
- Create technical specifications and detailed drawings of embroidery patterns for production purposes.
- Select appropriate fabrics, threads, and embellishments for embroidery designs, considering aesthetic and practical factors.
- Work with suppliers and manufacturers to prototype and produce embroidery samples, ensuring quality and craftsmanship.
- Stay updated on advancements in embroidery techniques, technology, and materials to enhance design capabilities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Fashion Designer/Textile Designer with a focus on embroidery, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing original embroidery designs and concepts.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and embroidery-software.
- Deep understanding of embroidery techniques, stitching methods, and fabric manipulation.
- Creative flair with an eye for detail, color harmony, and texture.
- Excellent sketching and visualization skills to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field (preferred).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of sustainable and ethical practices in fashion and embroidery.
- Have an experience in handling embroidery machine is an advantage.
- Familiarity with production processes and ability to oversee the execution of embroidery designs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
